In black and no white

The colour white

Now loses its context,

Just like a triceratops

Or a T-rex.

The next generation

Will never know white,

Because the colour black

Is shrouding their sight.

Each time this year

The airpocalypse announces its arrival,

The colour white fights a losing battle

For its survival.

The fluffy white cloud

And the little twinkling star,

Shall be known no more

With black and grey standing at their fore.
